Choose a tier that matches your wellness goals and pay a simple monthly fee. Your included treatments reset each month, and you enjoy member-only discounts on everything else. There are no long-term contracts — memberships are month-to-month after an initial 3-month commitment.
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your tier at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Simply contact our team or update your plan through your member portal.
Unused treatments do not roll over to the following month. We encourage you to schedule your sessions early in the month to make the most of your membership benefits.
After your initial 3-month commitment, you can cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice. There are no cancellation fees — we want you to stay because you love the results, not because of a contract.
Memberships are individual and non-transferable. However, higher-tier memberships include guest passes so your loved ones can experience NJOY too. You can also gift a membership to someone special.
Yes! Your member discount applies to retail products, individual add-on services, and select packages. Some promotions or already-discounted items may be excluded.
Simply book online or call us just like a regular appointment. When you check in, your membership benefit is automatically applied — no codes or coupons needed.
